Shipping policy

We partner with trusted fulfillment companies to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.  Shipping times may vary depending on the product type and where it is being fulfilled. 

Print-on-Demand Products

All of our products are hand-made.  They have a 2–3-day processing time before they ship out.  If a product is customized, they are made to order.  Please allow an extra 2 days for production.  Then from there, our free standard shipping speed uses USPS and is 5-8 business days. 

Electronics, Gadgets, Non-Print-on Demand Products

Some of our specialty items are shipped from our global suppliers.  These may take 12-20 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way. 

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping of $5.00 on all orders, no matter how many items you buy. (or FREE shipping on orders over $50)

EduCreation Hub is in no way responsible for lost items once USPS has taken the product for shipment.  It is strongly advised that customers purchase package protection.  We have a link for this in our store and is included in our product lists.
